Refund policy
Please read through our returns policy carefully as they are accepted upon your purchase from Hub n Hive.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Change of Mind:
We understand that purchasing items online doesn't always go as planned; Hub n Hive offers a store credit or exchange when an item is returned. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Incorrect sizing choice is considered a 'Change of Mind'. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your purchase contained a promotional or free item these items must be included within the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Postage for 'Change of Mind' returns will be at the customer's expense. Please make sure to keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale Items:
No refunds, returns or exchanges for sale items.
Australian Consumer Law:
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.
Hub n Hive has the final determination in all disputes, but will meet all of its obligations under consumer law.

If your return is accepted as a faulty item or damaged, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
