Shipping policy

As we are a rural store, our freight charges are as follows: 

Click & Collect	FREE
Standard Shipping (AUS ONLY)	$10.00 (FLAT-RATE)

 

All orders will be packed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note, our estimated shipping times do not include our processing time. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated shipping times are used as a guide only. Please be aware we are unable to offer express shipping due to our isolated location. Hub n Hive can also not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly.  If your item hasn't had a tracking update for 12 or more days please email hello@hubnhive.com.au and we can file an investigation for your parcel. 

CLICK & COLLECT:

All items labelled 'Click & Collect Only' cannot be freighted through our standard shipping; please contact us at hello@hubnhive.com.au for a freight quote if you still prefer postage. You may also organise another party (e.g. a friend or relative, or 3rd party freight service) for collecting on your behalf if you let us know beforehand, and proof of purchase is presented on arrival.

Click and collect items can only be picked up within store opening hours. Proof of purchase will be required upon collection. 

INTERNATIONAL:

Please note that we're still more than happy to freight our products to you if you are located outside of Australia. However, this will be done at the customer's expense.
